What We Do – Indian Council of Social Welfare Northern Chapter

To organise conferences and seminars, workshops, lectures, Melas, bhajans, identified with the field of social welfare and education, as a public forum.
To promote social work, education and conduct study and research in two versions related to the field of social welfare on a state or regional basis.
To assist district branches in-state organisation by providing such information and material as may be feasible.
To promote social welfare in cooperation with the related state governments, local authorities, and voluntary organisation.
To take and encourage field projects and act on programmes is for the Welfare of children, youth, women, senior citizens.
To help develop social action and social legislation for the above categories.
